How does it work?
The heavy duty bungee cord provides an excellent rebound affect when a soccer ball impacts the rebound wall.
Where is it best used?
The faster the surface the better the use. If used on grass, the grass should be cut fairly short. Some other good surfaces would be cement, like in a garage or drive-way, carpet in a house, or synthetic turf.
Is there any assembly required?
No. The Touch Box comes fully assembled and it is small and light enough to easily move from one location to another.
What is the expected life for the bungee cord?
Our supplier, who has been manufacturing and selling bungee cords for over 10 years, states that at the stretched state of the cord for the Touch Box, the effective life expectancy is two years or more. If the Touch Box were left in the sun or rain for long periods and resulted in eating up parts of th cord, the life span could be shorter.

How do you set it up for use?
For indoor use:

1. Place the Touch Box against a wall or a somewhat immobile object like a couch or book case. I usually place shoes or some other soft object between the Touch Box and the base board.

2. Place a soccer bag or equivalent that weighs about 7 pounds or more on top. It's ready for use.

3. You could also place the Touch Box against a couch or other fairly immobile object.

For outdoor use:
|
1. You need two tent stakes, a mallet, and a soccer bag. You can find stakes like these (7 inches long) at Walmart, Sports Authority, or other similar stores.
|
2. Hammer the tent stakes into the ground leaving at least 1 1/2 inches out of the ground. Place the first bar from the front against the stakes.

3. Place a soccer bag or equivalent that weighs about 7 pounds on the top. The Touch Box is ready for use.

Does the Touch Box come with a warranty?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied with the Touch Box in any way, you may return it within 40 days of the purchase with no questions asked. Use the Contact Us form to initiate the warranty process. Include your name, address, the reason you wish to get a refund, and the date of the purchase. You'll receive instructions in an email on how to return the item and receive a refund.
Is the Touch Box weather and UV protected?
The structure is made with reinforced PVC pipe. PVC pipe will experience some discoloration if exposed to continuous sunlight over a long period, or about 2 years. PVC pipe can experience very slight structural degradation from continuous UV exposure; however, the degradation will not affect the use of Touch Box in anyway.
How do I order more than 2?
If you are going to order less than 10 you should place 2 to 4 separate orders for the number you want. If you want to order 10 or more, please use the Contact Us form and we'll be in touch shortly. We can provide discounts for orders of 10 or more.
Can I get one shipped to an address outside the United States?
Sorry, at this time the Touch Box is only available in the United States.
Do I need to do anything to the bungee cord before using the Touch Box?
Occasionally you may have to adjust the bungee cord knots so there is even spacing between the knots. The bottom knot on each side should be just below the black mark on the grey piping. The rest of the knots should be evenly spaced with the top knot against the white connection piece.
